Cancellation and No Show Policy

Here at deClinics we understand that situations arise in which you may need to cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that you provide a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for a skin check or a 15-minute consultation.

 

Patients who do not show up to their skin check or a 15-minute consultation scheduled appointment without a call or any source of contact will be considered a NO SHOW. Patients who No-Show a second (2) time will receive a fee, this fee is a normal consult of $80.00. If the patent No-shows only once a warning is sent out.

 

For cosmetic treatment appointment there will be a $80.00 deposit taken via eftpos over phone or can be a cash deposit, this payment must be received within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.

If you have paid a deposit and need to cancel you must be in contact within 24 hours or you will have to forfeit payment.

 

We understand that situations arise in life that cannot be avoided. If an emergency situation does occur and you are unable to give us 24 hours’ notice, please contact us and your ‘No-Show’ fee may be waived, this can only be done by Management approval ONLY.
